From Debbie Hadley Emerging Area![]() Photo: © Debbie Hadley, WILD Jersey Your first stop at most butterfly exhibits will be the emerging area, where chrysalids and cocoons are displayed. Spend a few minutes here, and you may see a dozen different species emerge and expand their wings. This hutch holds dozens of tropical butterfly and moth pupae, pinned carefully. While I was at the Butterfly Farm, I saw five different species emerge. |
