Did you know...

The Mexican dartwhite butterfly (Catasticta nimbice) lives mostly in the mountain woodlands of Central America and Mexico. But every now and then, this butterfly wanders north and makes a spring appearance in the Chisos Mountains of Big Bend National Park. Mexican dartwhite caterpillars feed on mistletoe, which is a parasitic plant that lives on trees.
