Hello again, Bug of the Weekers (I was going to go with Buggers, but I suspect that could be taken the wrong way by some readers)! Here's your weekly insect identification challenge. Last week, I posted a photo of the golden tortoise beetle (Charidotella sexpunctata). This species feeds on foliage in the morning glory or bindweed family, and is sometimes called the sweet potato vine beetle. Congratulations to both Moni and Spirula for identifying this pretty beetle.

Looks like the common wood nymph butterfly – Cercyonis pegala
