Entomologists Converge on Knoxville, TN

By November 12, 2012

Follow me on:

If there are bed bugs in any Knoxville hotel rooms, they are sure to be found this week, as 3,000 entomologists gather there for the 60th annual meeting of the Entomological Society of America (ESA). The ESA is the largest organization in the world serving the professional and scientific needs of entomologists and people in related disciplines. Their annual meeting runs from November 11-14 this year.

If you couldn't make it to Knoxville, you can follow conference happenings via twitter. Many attendees are live tweeting the sessions using the hashtag #entomology2012. You don't need a twitter account to follow the conversation. If you do have a twitter account, be sure to follow the ESA.

After the conference, check out the ESA's YouTube channel for videos from the conference.
